Starting at $16.90 per hour Job Summary The Wellness Specialist provides exceptional guest service, cannabis education, and hospitality‑forward support to all customers. This role ensures accurate sales transactions, compliance with state regulations, and a premium guest experience aligned with Jet Room's brand standards. Essential Job Functions Guest Experience & Sales Greet guests and provide personalized product recommendations. Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and usage. Process sales accurately and compliantly. Deliver a warm, hospitality‑driven guest experience. Compliance & Accuracy Verify IDs and ensure all transactions follow state regulations. Maintain accurate POS entries and cash handling. Follow all SOPs, safety, and compliance requirements. Store Operations Maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Support merchandising, restocking, and product displays. Communicate guest needs or issues to management. Reports To Sales Manager or Assistant General Manager Working Conditions Retail environment with high guest interaction. Regular use of POS systems, computers, and cannabis products for education. Flex schedule required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Frequent walking, bending, and reaching. Basic Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. Customer service or retail experience. Strong communication and hospitality skills. Must pass all required background checks. Preferred Qualifications Cannabis product knowledge. Experience in hospitality or luxury retail. Bilingual skills.
