Beauty Supply Associate/ Assistant manager

Pay range is based on experience Duties Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized product recommendations. Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to enhance customer experience. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are up to standard. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including processing returns and exchanges. Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks. Utilize social media platforms to promote products, share beauty tips, and engage with customers online. Provide front desk support, including answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of cosmetology or beauty products is a plus. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales tracking. Proficiency in operating POS systems and cash registers. Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
