Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Company Benefits Package Position Overview Can Do Crew Plumbing, Heating & AC is seeking a motivated and hands-on Retail Sales Field Manager to support and oversee our retail lead generation teams throughout Bakersfield, Hanford, and Visalia Costco locations. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Costco lead generation program including employee coaching, scheduling, training, performance monitoring, accountability, and overall team support. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting lead generation performance, maintaining team consistency, and helping drive overall program success. Key Responsibilities Team Support & Coaching Support and coach Lead Generators across multiple locations Assist with onboarding and training new hires Reinforce company expectations, professionalism, and customer engagement standards Provide ongoing support and motivation to team members Scheduling & Operations Create and manage weekly schedules for Costco locations Ensure proper staffing coverage for all assigned warehouses Assist with shift coverage and scheduling adjustments as needed Monitor attendance, punctuality, and reliability Performance Monitoring Track daily and weekly KPIs including leads generated and appointment quality Monitor team performance and communicate areas needing improvement Assist with employee coaching and counseling conversations when needed Help identify opportunities to improve team performance and efficiency Store Relationship Management Maintain positive professional relationships with Costco leadership and staff Ensure team members maintain professional appearance and conduct inside warehouse locations Help resolve operational concerns quickly and professionally Recruiting & Administrative Support Assist with interviewing and onboarding support when needed Help maintain reporting, tracking, and communication related to the Costco program Support leadership with operational and staffing needs Qualifications Previous leadership, coordination, or supervisory experience preferred Experience in retail sales, customer service, or lead generation environments strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to motivate and support employees in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling scheduling, coaching, and accountability conversations Proficient with basic computer systems and reporting Valid driver's license Ability to travel between Bakersfield and Visalia locations Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Retail leadership or coordination Wireless or membership sales Event marketing or field marketing Costco roadshows or retail kiosks Customer-facing sales environments Home services lead generation Compensation & Benefits $70,000 Annually Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Career growth opportunities within a growing company Why Join Can Do Crew?
