As a Shop Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate activities for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, you will maintain supply inventory, delegate tasks to shop employees, and handle administrative duties. This position is driven by the size of the shop and the annual budget being managed. Critical for success is the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions. Why Michels?
