Competitive commission on closed sales $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Weekly payouts (every Friday) Total comp potential: $200K+ annually ⸻

What You'll Do:
Run high-quality, pre-set in-home sales appointments Present, quote, and close residential HVAC system replacements Work with techs, project managers, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction Represent the brand with confidence and integrity ⸻
