You will play a vital part in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth store operations. With a focus on teamwork, organization, and proactive management, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in retail management. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your contribution to our success. Duties Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing, employee orientation, and onboarding processes Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Handle transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems and perform cashiering duties when needed Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and training & development initiatives to foster a motivated team environment Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities aligned with marketing plans to boost sales Maintain organized records of payroll, bookkeeping, and store financials to ensure compliance and accuracy Skills Strong leadership abilities with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail or grocery settings Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multilingual/bilingual capabilities for diverse customer interactions Proficiency in retail math, sales management, inventory management, and cash handling procedures Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, and managing vendor relationships to optimize store profitability Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with POS systems, retail merchandising, stocking, and inventory control techniques Knowledge of marketing strategies, wireless sales (if applicable), and customer service excellence Ability to train staff on store policies, safety procedures, and product knowledge while fostering a positive team culture Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple responsibilities What We Offer Growth opportunity within a developing tea brand Training in store operations and team management Opportunity to grow into a Store Manager role Supportive and team-oriented work environment Hands-on experience in F&B brand operations
