As a Sales Associate you will: Administer trusted guidance to our community about the product, guaranteeing that everyone is paired with the best solution for their lifestyle and needs; Provide outstanding 360 degree service, ensuring a top-tier Rack Attack experience; Sustain store product displays and other merchandising activities; Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store; Assist with product installations; Maintain accurate store records including invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, appointment bookings, special requests, hold tags, phone messages, inventory transfers, cash outs etc.; Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment by being a team player; and Perform other related duties, as required. What You'll Earn We want you to feel comfortable and be able to support your authentic lifestyle. As part of our unique compensation package, you will earn spiffs on certain sales and installations in addition to your base hourly wage. Different from commission, our spiffs are very attainable and are a substantial part of your compensation. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year customer service experience; Automotive and/or mechanical knowledge preferred; Passion for adventure and/or cars; Excellent communication and problem solving skills; Ability to communicate professionally with our community and gear guides; Capacity to work well in a team and collaborate with others; Safety-first mindset; and Ability to contribute to a respectful culture and healthy work environment. Base pay + personal Spiffs on certain product sales and Installs.
