Essential Job Functions:

1. Receives management training from Commerce Casino's various departments. 2. Learns all Poker and California game rules pursuant to departmental dealing procedures. 3. Participates in on-the-job training, completing all assigned tasks. 4. Must be able to work any schedule including Holidays, weekends and graveyard shifts. 5. Assists with day-to-day operations with each department. 6. Observe and gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes from various positions and departments in the company's operations. 7.
