Job Description
Are you ready to join our awesome team! We offer quarterly bonuses, Car allowances, PTO and yearly reviews. We are now hiring for an onsite for one of our clients located in Compton. If you are interested, please send us your resume as soon as possible. 2nd shift 2PM-11PM Must be bilingual Spanish & English Coordinate drug screens and background screens, and handle all new hire paperwork Conduct safety walkthrough audits/inspections follow up with all supervisors and ensure their staffing needs are met Review worked hours from previous day attend company meetings upon request ensure employees needs are covered (PPE's, Safety Trainings, Department trainings) Pick up checks and deliver/distribute to supervisors update payroll sheets update new associate information in system Review client company expectations and requirements Keep track on number of employees and hours worked (daily/weekly) Verify forklift certifications are up-to-date Skills High School diploma or GED Bilingual English/Spanish Computer literate Strong Organizational skills Excellent Communication Skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
