Position Overview Frankie's on the Park is seeking a dynamic, fashion-forward Retail Manager for our new San Francisco location to lead daily operations at our rapidly growing luxury lifestyle boutique. This role is ideal for a highly organized leader with strong sales instincts, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for fashion, styling, and community-building. The Retail Manager will oversee store performance, staff leadership, client experience, merchandising execution, and operational excellence while maintaining the elevated, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Frankie's on the Park retail platform. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate boutique sales associates Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture Lead by example on the sales floor with professionalism and enthusiasm Create staff schedules and manage payroll hours effectively Along with the store owner, conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations Client Experience & Sales Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients and families in the Bay Area Build long-term relationships with customers through styling, outreach, and follow-up Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue goals Handle customer concerns with professionalism and discretion Support in-store events, trunk shows, and community activations Merchandising & Visual Presentation Maintain luxury-level visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique Coordinate floor sets, displays, and product organization Monitor inventory levels and partner on replenishment needs Ensure fitting rooms and sales floor remain immaculate and welcoming Operations & Store Management Oversee daily opening and closing procedures Manage POS systems, cash handling, and operational reporting Monitor inventory accuracy and loss prevention procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards Partner with ownership on business strategy and growth opportunities Brand & Community Engagement Represent Frankie's on the Park with professionalism and authenticity Assist with media content opportunities and client outreach initiatives Help cultivate relationships with local schools, families, and community organizations Stay informed on fashion trends relevant to tween, teen, and women's luxury apparel Qualifications Retail management experience, preferably in luxury, contemporary, or boutique fashion Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience Experience working with tween, teen, and women preferred Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and special events Familiarity with retail POS and inventory systems Preferred Attributes Outgoing, polished, and relationship-oriented personality Strong eye for merchandising and styling Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment Media savvy and community-minded Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive hourly pay plus performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth in a creative and collaborative boutique environment To apply, please submit your resume along with a brief introduction about your interest in fashion and retail to Tahlia Bliss at tbliss@frankiesonthepark.com
