About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused team member to support our key retail accounts (e.g. Costco, Sam's Club, Home Depot). This is not a traditional sales role . Instead, you will focus on end-to-end order execution and account support — ensuring projects move forward smoothly from order placement to final delivery. What You'll Do Support day-to-day communication with key retail accounts Manage order execution (PO tracking, production status, delivery timelines) Coordinate with cross-functional teams (factory, QA, logistics, design) Follow up on product development, packaging, and compliance Identify risks (delays, quality issues) and proactively resolve them Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery Support product launches and replenishment planning What We're Looking For 0-3 years of experience (operations, supply chain, business, or related) Strong sense of ownership — able to follow through and close the loop Detail-oriented and organized Good communication skills Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines Bilingual in Mandarin New Grads are welcome to apply, able to sponser Stem OPT Who Will Succeed in This Role Hands-on and execution-focused Comfortable with follow-ups and coordination work Reliable and able to take ownership from start to finish Looking to grow steadily in operations / business roles Important Note (Role Fit) This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy execution, coordination, and follow-through .
