Store Manager - Jam Jam Tea & Moments

Job Overview Jam Jam Tea & Moments is hiring experienced Store Managers to lead our café locations. As Store Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations of your location, manage the full team (Crew Members and Supervisors), and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience. This role is responsible for employee management, store performance, and upholding the Jam Jam brand standard. Duties Manage all daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage Supervise, coach, and develop Crew Members and Supervisors Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and food safety regulations Maintain store cleanliness, equipment, and overall facility presentation Manage inventory, including regular checks and orders Handle customer escalations and ensure consistently excellent service Monitor and report on store performance metrics (sales, waste, labor costs) Coordinate with ownership on operational updates, staffing needs, and strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and labor regulations Qualifications Minimum 1 year of management experience in food service, café, restaurant, or retail Proven experience managing and developing a team of 5+ employees Food Handler's Certification required (we provide this if not yet obtained) Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and operational procedures Experience with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic financial reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak hours Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Join Jam Jam Tea & Moments to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through quality products and outstanding service.
