Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Store Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure a top-notch customer experience. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and coach your team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to expand our customer base, increase store traffic, and improve profitability. Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to meet or exceed sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and overall presentation standards. Handle store administration tasks and ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory to support business decisions. Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career growth. Address staff concerns or disputes professionally and promptly. Set a positive example of behavior, teamwork, and high performance. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or Store Manager ; home furnishing or lifestyle retail experience preferred. Strong leadership and business acumen. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fluent in English.
