In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of the body shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive productivity, maintain safety standards, and foster a positive work environment. Duties Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to maximize productivity. Oversee auto body repair processes, including auto painting, auto glass replacement. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to safety protocols. Supervise technicians and support staff, providing guidance on mechanical knowledge, use of hand tools and power tools, and proper techniques for vehicle maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation of repair orders, parts inventory, and service records. Coordinate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate smooth claims processing and communication. Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures related to heavy lifting, tool usage, and hazardous materials handling. Experience Proven experience managing a dealership or auto body shop environment with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of automotive repair techniques including auto painting, auto glass installation, detailing. Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, vehicle maintenance procedures, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with auto body repair standards and industry best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and external partners. Prior experience in automotive repair shops is highly preferred.
