Work alongside engineering, welding, and assembly teams using modern equipment and technology Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of machine operator personnel on 2nd shift Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC fabrication equipment as needed Manage workflow to keep production on schedule and meet delivery deadlines Train and mentor team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality procedures Monitor tool wear, maintenance schedules, and raw material inventory Collaborate with engineering, welding, and assembly departments to maintain smooth production flow Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality, efficiency, and safety

Qualifications Needed:

7+ years of experience in machining 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role within a machine shop or metal fabrication environment Strong understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and fabrication processes Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced production setting Solid problem-solving and organizational skills with a strong commitment to safety and precision Interested in hearing more?
