This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, and drive sales performance while maintaining a positive Dining environment. Your energetic approach and management expertise will inspire your team to achieve their best and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Duties Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong team aligned with company standards Skills Proven experience in supervising or managing resturuant teams with demonstrated leadership capabilities Resolve customer issues effectively Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer interactions Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, and team management strategies Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, and store operations Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cashiering, bookkeeping, and stock control Exceptional organizational skills combined with time management expertise to oversee shift management and daily workflows Join our vibrant team where your leadership can make a real impact!
