We are seeking an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and create an exceptional customer experience. Position Summary The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the juice bar, including team leadership, customer service, inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about health and wellness. Responsibilities (Not Limited too) Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service Create employee schedules and manage labor costs Oversee daily opening and closing procedures Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Monitor store performance and achieve sales goals Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Recruit, hire, coach, and develop employees Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Qualifications 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $4000•4500 per Month (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Paid time off Employee discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Saturday/Sunday OFF Shift Schedule 7am•4pm (May Vary) How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of your management experience and why you would be a great fit for our team.
