Your Role As a Store Manager , you'll lead a dynamic sales team, oversee daily store operations, and drive performance to meet and exceed goals. You'll create a positive, high-energy environment where employees are motivated, customers are delighted, and the store runs smoothly every day. What You'll Do Team Leadership Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Sales Advocates. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun. Sales & Performance Set and achieve ambitious sales goals. Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives outstanding service. Train your team on product knowledge and problem-solving. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Inventory & Operations Manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain stock accuracy.

Oversee daily operations:

cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance. Keep the store organized, clean, and aligned with Cricket's brand image. Marketing & Community Engagement Support local promotions and marketing initiatives. Leverage social media and community outreach to grow store traffic. Reporting & Analysis Prepare reports on sales, productivity, and inventory. Use data insights to improve performance and make informed decisions.
