Job Description

Peninsula Wireless Services is expanding in Burlingame and looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help support one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers. This entry level Assistant Manager opportunity is designed for individuals who want to learn leadership, business operations, customer engagement, and sales while building a long-term career. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in helping customers learn about affordable wireless solutions while developing the skills needed to lead promotional campaigns and support daily business operations. What you'll be doing as an
Assistant Manager:
Assist with the execution of customer-facing promotional campaigns for a nationally recognized telecom provider. Engage directly with customers to educate them on wireless products, services, and affordable connectivity options. Support daily sales initiatives while learning how campaign performance is tracked and managed. Work alongside leadership to understand business operations, team development, and growth strategies. Help train and mentor newer team members as you progress through the Assistant Manager development program. Monitor customer interactions, campaign results, and sales performance metrics. Participate in ongoing Assistant Manager training focused on leadership, communication, and business development. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience. Pay:
$56,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
