What You'll Do:

Your daily duties will include opening and/or closing the store, sales, and shipments which you'll tackle in a timely, organized and detailed manner. Learn our products. Try on, pour over our website and become versed in what we sell. Online customer service. Phone and email support. Pulling orders, shipping and returns. Lead by example. We expect our managers to roll up their sleeves and work hard, but also to have fun and create a positive, happy environment. No job is beneath you, and you'll always go the extra mile to get things done right with a great attitude. Warmly greet every guest who walks through our door. We want everyone to feel acknowledged and welcomed. We want our team to smile in the back of house as much as they do on the floor. Become every guest's personal stylist. Get to know your guests and find the perfect style solution to fit their needs and budget. Keep the store beautiful. You like things to be clean, sparkling and well organized, and you'll take the initiative to fix something if it doesn't look right. Be a team player. You like to keep an upbeat attitude and you're not a fan of gossip or negativity. Education & Skills High school degree or equivalent 1-2 years of retail experience
