What We'll Accomplish Together As the connector between the franchisee, staff, and clients, daily work in this role includes: Driving membership and retail sales. Achieving business growth and membership retention. Partnering with the franchisee to meet performance goals and working with your team to achieve them. Ensuring an amazing experience for guests and members. Managing the daily operations of the location, maintaining a clean, therapeutic environment for everyone, and positively resolving customer challenges. Building your own high-achieving team by onboarding and training team members, setting clear expectations, reviewing performance regularly, and providing ongoing training and mentorship. Creating a strong workplace culture for all team members. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not a requirement. What it Takes to Succeed Prior background in Sales is required. Customer service and retail experience is also a strong plus. Ability to coach, influence, and inspire, as well as being comfortable with having tough conversations from time to time if team members are underperforming. Experience with meeting goals, prioritizing tasks appropriately, analyzing business performance, and delegating tasks effectively. Being good with people - developing positive and professional relationships with employees, members, and guests is a must
