ABOUT THE ROLE
// An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full time Retail Store Manager to manage our Women's Concept store at Rip Curl Laguna Beach!
Duties include:
Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store Ensure sales targets are met Reporting results as required Managing rosters, recruitment and development Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience
