Retail Assistant Manager:
The House of Woo is growing, and our retail team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small but passionate team responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience while supporting daily business operations, client relationships, and team culture. With creativity and people at the center of everything we do, you will help create a welcoming, inspiring environment for both our customers and team while growing alongside an evolving brand. What you'll do: Deliver thoughtful, elevated customer experiences while building genuine and lasting client relationships. Support the daily operations of the store, ensuring the retail space feels welcoming, organized, and aligned with the House of Woo brand aesthetic. Create a balance between customer service, sales, and operational efficiency by supporting the team where needed throughout the day. Oversee and support the details across clients, product, merchandising, studio operations, fulfillment, and team needs that contribute to a seamless customer experience. Help manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to support launches, in-store initiatives, events, and overall business goals. Lead with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced small business environment where priorities can shift quickly. What you'll bring: A passion for clothing, creativity, design, and customer experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to collaborate thoughtfully with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared business goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. A proactive, resourceful, and hands-on mindset. A strong understanding of retail operations and customer service. A great sense of personal style that aligns with the House of Woo aesthetic and brand values. Previous retail leadership or management experience in a boutique setting preferred.The perks:
