Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and elevate the in-store sales experience while driving revenue growth, team performance, and operational excellence. This is a leadership role for someone who understands luxury retail, thrives in a relationship-based sales environment, and can both sell at a high level and coach others to do the same. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing clienteling strategies, overseeing custom order flow, and ensuring the showroom reflects the elevated standards of the brand. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth Own and drive store revenue goals and profitability metrics. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow custom and repeat business. Actively sell and lead by example in client consultations and high-value transactions. Monitor KPIs (conversion, average order value, custom pipeline, close rates). Build referral networks within the Bend community and beyond. Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, and coach Sales Associates in luxury client experience and consultative selling. Provide consistent feedback, sales coaching, and performance management. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and client-first culture. Lead regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews. Client Experience & Brand Elevation Ensure a seamless, high-touch client journey from consultation to final delivery. Oversee the custom design pipeline, including order accuracy and communication with fabrication partners in Los Gatos, CA. Maintain showroom standards, visual presentation, and luxury brand consistency. Address escalated client concerns with professionalism and care. Operations & Process Management Oversee inventory management, order tracking, and shipping logistics. Refine and document SOPs for custom orders, client follow-up, and sales tracking. Partner with ownership on forecasting, promotions, and growth planning. Ensure CRM accuracy and reporting visibility. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end consultative sales. 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience preferred. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building repeat clientele. Strong business acumen and comfort with metrics, forecasting, and reporting. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in managing custom orders. Experience in fine jewelry is a plus, but not required.
