In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence store performance, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to the growth of our brand. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team through effective management, coaching, and development to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment to ensure a well-organized shopping environment. Manage employee orientation, training & development programs, and conduct interviews for recruiting new team members. Handle payroll processing, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions. Supervise sales activities across retail sales, bookings, and other product categories; implement marketing initiatives to boost store traffic. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills. Practice self-sufficiency by implementing best practices without direction. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or similar environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, and inventory management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a setting with kids and/or birthday parties is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases. Experience with cashiering systems, POS technology, retail math, budgeting, and shift management is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and team management. Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities and time management expertise. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
