As a Manager, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, handle inventory control, and drive sales growth. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and oversee shift management to maximize productivity Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, providing comprehensive training and development opportunities Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control Handle payroll processing, cash handling, cashiering duties, and bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost retail sales and customer engagement Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and manage purchasing activities to optimize store profitability Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills and employee orientation practices Monitor retail math metrics such as sales targets, budgeting, and sales management to meet business goals Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, phone etiquette, and organizational procedures Experience Proven management experience in a retail or grocery store setting with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in recruiting, training & development, team management, and employee supervision Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping software Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a customer-centric environment Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail sales or grocery store operations is preferred Familiarity with wireless sales or other specialized retail sectors is a plus Join us as a Manager to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
