On-site Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Showroom Manager and Design Consultant to lead showroom operations while delivering exceptional design solutions to clients. This role combines operational leadership with a strong customer experience mindset, ensuring the showroom runs smoothly, sales goals are achieved, and customers receive personalized, professional service. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily showroom operations, including merchandising, inventory coordination, and customer interactions. Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and a customer-focused approach. Provide design consultations, including product selection, space planning, and tailored recommendations. Manage store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cashiering, cash handling, and POS system use. Support training and development to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and service quality. Maintain accurate CRM records, scheduling, and sales reporting. Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and architects. Resolve client issues quickly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service within hearth products or related industries. Background in adjacent categories such as furniture, high-end appliances, countertops, fixtures, or other design-forward building products is highly valued. Experience in luxury or high-end retail environments with quota-driven sales expectations. Strong customer relationship skills across homeowners, contractors, designers, and architects. Proficiency with CRM and retail systems; experience with POS platforms and tools such as QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
