Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. What You'll Do Lead by example to achieve sales, profitability, and outstanding customer service. Support the Store Manager in planning, organizing, and delegating daily operations. Train, coach, and develop team members—celebrate wins, address challenges, and help every employee grow. Monitor sales metrics (UPT, ADS, conversion) and take action to meet or exceed targets. Maintain operational excellence in visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention. Partner with the Store Manager to implement local marketing ideas and business strategies. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
