Help lead a fun, fast-paced store where every guest feels welcome. Support the Store Manager, coach your team, and drive sales while keeping the store running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Assist with daily store operations and be Manager-on-Duty when needed Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example Train, motivate, and support the sales team Help create schedules and manage team coverage Support hiring and onboarding of new team members Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards Monitor sales and help achieve store goals Handle customer concerns professionally Keep the store organized, clean, and attractive
