Job Description
Shift Supervisor Must be 18 years or older. Open and close store procedures, including register setup, cash handling, and security checks Lead daily floor operations during assigned shift Supervise retail associates and maintain workflow throughout the day Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchases Handle customer concerns and resolve customer issues professionally Monitor sales floor presentation and maintain visual merchandising standards Receive and verify incoming shipments Enter shipments into inventory and POS systems accurately Price, label, organize, and merchandise products Restock inventory and maintain organized displays Support inventory counts and stockroom organization Monitor employee breaks and shift coverage Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store Enforce store policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards Requirements Must be 18 years or older Prior retail or customer service experience preferred Leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 25-35 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Must be available to work at least 1 weekend day per week Flexible availability during summer season preferred Professional appear
