The Opportunity We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead and support our existing team in Palo Alto. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership career without needing extensive management experience. You will oversee a small team and a manageable operation supported by clear systems, checklists, and training manuals designed to help you succeed. What You'll Do Manage Daily Operations Use our operational systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Promote Our Mission Help introduce customers to onigiri and support our mission of providing healthy, convenient food options to the community. Foster a Positive Team Environment Maintain a respectful, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture where employees enjoy working together. Receive Ongoing Support Work closely with our Area Manager and ownership team, who are always available to provide guidance, coaching, and support. Build and Develop the Team Lead and support an existing team of 7-8 employees while assisting with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
