Job Description

Formación: Bachiller certificado, conocimientos básicos en ofimática y servicio al cliente.
Experiencia:
Mínima de 1 año certificada en ventas de productos y servicio al cliente. Garantizar la operatividad logística, administrativa y comercial de la tienda siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos por la compañía, velar por el buen ambiente laboral y reportar oportunamente las novedades del personal en cuanto a nóminas, compensaciones, adicional a esto, reportar oportunamente los requerimientos locativos de la tienda.
Competencias:
Orientación al cliente, comunicación asertiva, adaptación al cambio, trabajo en equipo, manejo de conflictos, orientación a la eficiencia y compromiso.
Horario:
turnos de trabajo rotativos, disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos.
