Retail Shift Lead

ASHE Society's Retail Sales Shift Lead will be responsible for providing leadership and management for the staff during a given set of work hours. The Shift Lead will support the Sales Manager by supervising tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and delegating work. Roles & Responsibilities Assist with daily and weekly retail operations Precise cash handling and management Ensure the shift is adequately staffed Develop and assign tasks to staff members, oversee completion of tasks Resolve customer issues Train new hires and create development opportunities Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate Arranging merchandise to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment Responsible for maintaining the cleanings of store Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Valid identification to work in the US 2-3 years' experience in related or similar industry Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service skills Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment Positive team player who works well with others Reliable transportation Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Package Base salary plus tips Paid Time Off (sick/vacation) Employee Discounts Vendor products and deals Day of Birthday Day off Welcome Gift Bag Physical Demands & Work Environment Flexibility/availability to work weekends & nights Prolonged periods of standing Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Frequently required to reach with hands and arms Required to stand, bend, lift and engage in repetitive motion Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Noise level in this work environment is moderate to high
