As an authorized AT&T dealer, we specialize in helping businesses find wireless solutions that improve connectivity, productivity, and communication. We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This full-time opportunity is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in business-to-business sales, client relations, and team development. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Support daily sales and business development initiatives for AT&T Business Wireless solutions. Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Assist in conducting consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions. Help train, mentor, and support new team members as they develop their sales skills. Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving individual and team goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information. Collaborate with management to execute sales strategies and drive business growth. Represent AT&T and Premier Strategy Group with professionalism and integrity at all times. Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and advance professionally. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Interest in leadership, team development, and business management.
