Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Tasting Room, ensuring exceptional guest service and sales performance Onboard and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance sales team performance and product knowledge. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic guidance and support. Innovate and expand tour and tastings to meet visitor engagement goals Lead onboarding and training programs to build a knowledgeable, guest-focused team Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews for up to 20 direct reports Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to attract new guest and build lasting relationships Serve as Manager on Duty, handling banking, POS operations, and daily logistics Ensure compliance with safety, beverage service, and food handling standards Support special events and act as an ambassador for the BV brand About You:
You have 4+ years of direct-to-consumer sales and/or customer service experience, ideally in wine or hospitality You've led and coached teams of 15+ employees, driving results and fostering a positive culture You're confident in sales strategy, wine club conversion, and delivering luxury guest experiences You're tech-savvy with tools like Shopify, Bloom, Gorgias, TOCK and Microsoft Office You're a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a calm, professional demeanor You're flexible — available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional travel You're passionate about wine, knowledgeable about Napa Valley, and eager to grow with the company You're at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 40 pounds Why you'll love it here: Our culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous and delivering together - it's our DNA and the heart of who we are at TWE. The base pay range offered for this position is $69,000 to $80,500 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data.
