RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

Store Manager Description:

Oversees and is accountable for the total operation of the store. Maximizes sales and profitability. Selling is our #1 priority. Acknowledges all customers through a greeting, smile, and eye contact regardless of the task at hand. Customer satisfaction must always be your first priority and primary responsibility Demonstrates knowledge of store products to build sales (up selling) Cash handling and previous retail management experience preferred Follows all company policies and procedures Store Manager is also responsible for hiring, creating staff schedules, limiting shrink and merchandising. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving 50 lbs.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
