We are Hiring Bilingual Operations Supervisor ! Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure smooth store operations. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and uphold excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Lead and motivate team members through effective training, employee orientation, and ongoing development initiatives Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong team aligned with company standards Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Monitor sales performance, implement marketing initiatives, and support retail sales goals Ensure compliance with safety policies, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store policies Skills Proven experience in supervising retail teams with strong leadership capabilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability Proficient in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math calculations Experience in employee training & development, interviewing, and onboarding new staff Knowledge of cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting principles Ability to supervise store operations including stocking, merchandising, marketing efforts, and customer service excellence Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus Join us as an Operations Supervisor to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
