Job Description

Join a High-Performance Sales Team Built for Closers. With over 15 years of history and over 12,000 solar installations completed, Sunline Energy is one of the longest lasting and highest rated solar companies in San Diego. We are a high-performing residential and commercial solar company and are seeking an experienced in-home Solar Sales Professional who knows how to close at a high level and thrives in a commission-based environment. This is not an entry-level sales role . We are looking for an experienced solar sales estimator with a proven track record of closing deals and has formal industry sales experience. Must understand solar consultative selling, be good at overcoming objections confidently, and performs consistently in an in-home. If you are driven, competitive, and capable of converting qualified opportunities into signed deals, this is an exceptional opportunity to earn at a high level with a team that values our reputation, high production, professionalism, and results. What You'll Do Conduct in-home sales presentations for homeowners interested in Solar Build trust quickly and guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions Present financing options, system benefits, and ROI clearly and confidently Handle objections and close deals during the appointment Follow up strategically when needed to secure signed contracts Maintain professionalism, urgency, and strong communication throughout the sales cycle Manage a high volume customer pipeline What We Require Formal sales experience in Solar in-home high-ticket sales is required Proven closing ability in face-to-face residential sales Strong understanding of commission-based sales performance Excellent communication and objection-handling skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly competitive mindset Reliable transportation and ability to travel to appointments Who Succeeds Here Closers who are confident asking for the sale Sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential Individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment Professionals who do not need micromanagement and take ownership of results Compensation Commission Only - Uncapped Income Potential High commission structure for top performers Strong support from an experienced sales organization Real opportunity for six-figure earnings Well qualified company leads provided Why Join Us We are building a team of top talent — not average salespeople.
