Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies Conduct employee orientation, training, and development to enhance team performance Supervise scheduling and shift management to ensure optimal coverage during operating hours Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales Seek for potential customer and Follow up with potential customer Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports on store performance Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within a retail environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control, merchandising, and retail math Experience with employee recruitment, training & development, payroll processing, and bookkeeping Demonstrated ability in sales management, customer service excellence, and shift supervision Knowledge of marketing strategies is preferred Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus.
