Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our retail team and enhance the customer experience in our showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our showroom meets the highest standards of presentation and performance. We offer a competitive base pay as well as commission and a monthly performance bonus. Responsibilities Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Execute sales to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Check displays in order to uphold the United Porte image. Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and reporting. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Develop merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. Manage and train staff, including employee orientation, interviewing, and ongoing development. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. Proficient in employee orientation, training & development, and team management. Experience in retail management with a focus on customer service excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal relations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
