Job Description:
Rylee + Cru, a leading San Diego-based children's apparel brand, is excited to be hiring for an Assistant Store Manager Position at our new store in San Juan Capistrano at the River Street Market! As a Rylee + Cru Assistant Store Manager , you will play a vital role as an extension of our Store Manager, bringing upbeat and contagious energy to every interaction. You are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our customers through storytelling and authentic engagement. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for having in-depth knowledge of our products, specializing in children's fashion, brand knowledge, and personal style. As an assistant store manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and complete various tasks, including but not limited to assisting customers, processing transactions, and restocking inventory. You will also play a crucial part in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, contributing to the overall customer experience, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer care and elevated service. Jump in and tackle customer service issues on a store level in a timely manner. Uphold team morale. Develop meaningful customer connections and build neighborhood community. Ability to accurately process transactions in a professional manner (Shopify). Maintain store cleanliness, visuals and merchandising (sizing, folds,accessories, meaningful displays). Drive store results through add on selling and conversion that meet the guest's wants and needs. Lead product launch preparation,execution, and merchandising. Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization. Communicate store supplies needs. Create merchandise restock orders. Ship orders from the store. Picking up store signage/sales materials.
Qualifications:
Available to work weekends and during holiday seasons. Retail sales, showroom or customer service experience is preferred. Experience using Shopify point-of-sale systems is a plus. Self motivated team player with a positive can-do attitude. Experience in-and passion for- children and children's fashion. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Pay range:
Hourly starting at $25/hr plus commission.
