Our mission is to provide exceptional products and memorable customer experiences. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Assistant Store Managers. Position Summary As an Assistant Store Manager at Tong Sui, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow into a future Store Manager position. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, products, and services Perform shift leadership responsibilities and assist with operational management Help manage in-store, online, and catering orders efficiently and accurately Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training front desk staff and tea baristas Support daily performance management and development of team members Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture Ensure quality control and maintain high standards for safety and hygiene Assist with inventory management and coordinate purchasing activities Schedule equipment maintenance and repair services as needed Develop comprehensive store management skills in preparation for advancement opportunities Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience managing or leading team members preferred English proficiency required
