In this role, you will oversee the entire sales process, develop strategic sales initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. Your energetic leadership will motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of our dealership through innovative marketing, effective inventory management, and outstanding communication skills. Responsibilities Lead and manage the automotive sales team to meet or surpass sales goals through coaching, training, and motivation. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue. Cultivate relationships with prospective clients via outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach. Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and support sales activities efficiently. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure high-end vehicle deals while upselling additional products or services. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones. Manage inventory control and retail math to optimize stock levels and profitability. Support the dealership's public speaking efforts by representing the brand at events or community engagements. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, automotive regulations, and safety standards. Experience Proven success in automotive or high-end retail sales management with a strong track record of exceeding targets. Extensive experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and outbound calling strategies. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing complex deals involving premium products. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles. Cardone training a plus. Drive Centric experience a plus. Tekion experience encoraged to apply. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior dealership experience with a background in automobile sales will be highly regarded. Public speaking experience is advantageous for representing the dealership at events or community outreach programs.
