The Post, Montecito Job Description and Duties :
The Key Holder will be responsible for selling and acting as the supervisor in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager. The Key Holder will hold keys to the store and when scheduled will be required to perform all necessary functions to open or close the store successfully. Responsibilities Leadership Function as the team leader in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager. Resolve problems as they arise, swiftly and in the best interest of the customer. Help the SM and ASM to motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Provide ideas, suggestions, and feedback to the SM around opportunities that exist to grow the business. Selling Act as the Stylist when on the sales floor. Sell and wardrobe clients from head to toe and develop a loyal repeat following focusing on relationship selling and customer outreach. Operations Assist with the oversight of all operational and back of house processes contributing to a seamless customer experience. Open/close the store in accordance with Company policy and procedure. Perform Other Duties as required.
