In this role, you will oversee the entire print production process, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflow, and adherence to deadlines. Your expertise in various printing techniques, color management, and graphic design will drive the success of our print projects. As a leader in our team, you will foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage daily print shop operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to maximize productivity. Oversee the setup and operation of diverse printing equipment such as flexo presses, CNC machines, and screen printing stations. Ensure high standards of quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and overall craftsmanship. Lead prepress processes including layout design, typography, color management, and file preparation using Adobe Creative Suite tools. Maintain and troubleshoot printing machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards across all print activities. Collaborate with clients or internal teams to interpret project specifications and deliver tailored print advertising solutions that meet expectations. Experience Proven experience managing a busy print shop or manufacturing environment with a focus on digital or traditional printing techniques. Strong knowledge of screen printing, flexo press operations, CNC machining, and other manufacturing processes relevant to commercial printing. Skilled in prepress workflows, color management systems, typography, layout design, and Adobe Creative Suite software. Familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure consistent output across various print media. Ability to operate or supervise the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Experience in graphic design or print advertising projects is highly desirable. Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced production setting is preferred.
