We are building something extraordinary, and we are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team full-time. The Opportunity We are looking for a driven, dependable Store Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the location. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building systems, and genuinely cares about people. You will be the go-to person ensuring the school runs smoothly, while helping shape the culture of our organization. If you have managed a high-volume QSR or retail operation, or similar fast-paced service environment, you already have many of the skills we are looking for! A passion for music and the arts is a bonus, and a hunger to learn and lead is important. Key Responsibilities Operations & Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the your location, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional environment; Manage and maintain schedules for students, teachers, and studio spaces; Own the student enrollment and retention pipeline, from inquiry to registration to re-enrollment; Ensure facilities, equipment, and supply needs are consistently met; Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated student and family concerns; Cultivate relationships with vendors, suppliers, and B2B accounts; Conduct inventory audits and build and reorder stock, as needed. Team Leadership Foster a positive, mission-driven team culture rooted in accountability and care; Coordinate substitute coverage and contingency plans to minimize disruption. Metrics & Performance Track and report on key performance indicators; Oversee and analyze metrics, identifying trends and opportunities; Present regular operational reports to leadership; Identify and suggest process improvements based on data. Sales & Community Development Drive local outreach and enrollment growth through community partnerships, events, and relationships with schools, churches, and organizations; Support marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns to grow the student base; Represent the school at community events and cultivate the school's public presence; Develop and steward relationships with parents, students, and local stakeholders. Tentative Operations Schedule Monday - Friday What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, people-facing environment; Proven ability to manage schedules, staff, and competing priorities simultaneously; Strong communicator, written and verbal, with students, parents, and team members; Data-oriented and comfortable with tracking and reporting on operational metrics; Reliable, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure; Positive attitude and genuine desire to grow with the company; Computer-savvy individual (proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite) and a quick learner. Preferred (Not Required) Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail - this background translates well; Experience in music retail; Ability to complete light repairs (restringing, guitar set ups, etc.) Background or personal interest in music, performing arts, or education; Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or studio management software.
