MINIMUM 1

year of metrc experience Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times Assist with stocking, going over inventory Keep track of inventory Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed Participate in periodic staff cleanings and meetings Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart Ensure each customer receives your full attention during their transaction Ensure you are on time for each and every shift Be knowledgeable about everything and anything cannabis related

Responsibilities:

Ensure you are on time for each and every shift Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry Processing customers' payments correctly and ensuring you are using proper money handling skills and using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system. Keeping the storefront clean and tidy. Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products. Labeling products correctly. Verifying customers are of age and Making sure the floor is adequately stocked Communicate with management if any issues were to arise. Answer customers' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.

Skills & Knowledge:

Proven experience in sales Knowledge and/or experience in cannabis law Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits Outstanding organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Off the Charts is an equal employment opportunity employer.
