Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$70,304 - $76,700 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Lead day-to-day retail, grocery and warehouse operations, ensuring consistent standards, execution Coach, train and develop team members, reinforcing company policies, procedures, and operational standards through consistent floor leadership Implement retail programs for stores to meet corporate standards and achieve goals Manage in-store merchandising and display to ensure maximum visual impact and revenue generation Support inventory control, grocery ordering, receiving, transfers, spoilage control, price changes Manage payroll to business levels; assist with timekeeping accuracy and payroll processes Ability to drive company vehicles throughout property More about you High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, scheduling, and performance support Minimum of 2-4 years of retail operations experience; high-volume, and grocery experience preferred Ability to train and develop team members Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, inventory management tools Valid driver's license Physical requirements Frequent standing, bending, lifting, walking, climbing stairs, climbing on ladders Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends Who we are Sequoia National Park offers an opportunity to see the giant Redwoods that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
