As Korea's No. 1 accessory brand, N.CAT goes beyond simple retail to create a 'space' that delivers joy to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the successful launch of our new location at Del Amo Fashion Center.

Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Sales:

Execute sales strategies to drive store performance and meet goals.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and inspire a team of passionate staff members.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure exceptional customer service.

Inventory & Admin:

Oversee inventory management and ensure smooth checkout/settlement processes.

Headquarters Communication :

Applying Korea HQ Reporting and Operational Manuals to

Local Stores Qualifications Language Skills:

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.

Experience:

1+ years of retail management experience.

Operational Skills:

Experience in labor cost budget management and scheduling software.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to mediate team conflicts and foster a positive organizational culture.

Flexibility:

Must be available for Mandatory Weekend Work, as well as flexible schedules including holidays and evenings.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/move inventory boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. Suitable seating is provided during breaks or as needed per California law.

Start Date:

Scheduled for June 2026 (Includes pre-opening training and store setup period).

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$75,000•$85,000 per year(Exempt) (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
