Supervises employees to include:

assigning and distributing work, coaching, counseling, tutoring, and mentoring employees. Approving and disapproving leave, recommending and completing personnel actions, completing performance reviews and signing timecards. Training employees, keeping abreast of and actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment. Must be alert to alcohol abuse, and take approprie action. May perform sales associe duties and work in other areas or departments as assigned by the Supervisor. May opere a vehicle in the performance of duties. Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communices positively in a friendly manner. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact, for help when problems arise. Adheres to safety regulions and standards. Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupional illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immedie supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of one years' experience th demonstres knowledge of automotive sales/retail activities as they pertain to the planning, organizing, and administrion of a retail auto parts program. Basic knowledge of automed da processing and ordering procedures as they pertain to supply management. Knowledge of business mhemics and merchandising concepts as well as promotional and advertising techniques. Ability to opere a cash register. Must have a valid driver's license. Skill to learn applicable MCCS policies and procedures. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance. Additional informion
